Space Program 2022

On September 9th 2011 I have been granted the permission by the Vice-President of Republic of Seychelles and Minister of Information Communication Technology Mr. Ahmed Afif, approving the small rocket launch, which attempts to exceed the stratosphere, in the year 2022, from the territory and exclusive zone of Seychelles.

Rocket will be developed by the company Caramel Rockets with me and Mr. Msc Kauchanka Ivan Uladimirovich as the team leaders. The rest of the team will consist of 2 other senior experts in cosmic engineering and 6 students from Seychelles selected by me personally. Prototypes designed by us will be produced in European Union by selected technological companies as well as in our own factory, and delivered to Seychelles for testing and launch.
